TarGo does not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, certain data transfers to offer providers, survey partners, fraud prevention services, analytics tools, or other technical service vendors could be considered “selling” or “sharing” under expanded regulatory definitions. You may opt out at any time.

3. What Personal Information May Be Collected

Depending on your interaction with our platform, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Identifiers: Email address, device identifiers, GAID, IDFA, IP address.
  • Activity Data: Offer completions, survey submissions, clicks, and reward events.
  • Technical Data: Device type, browser, OS, timestamps, location indicators.
  • Demographic Data: Only when voluntarily provided for survey participation.

This data is used strictly for: Offer and survey validation, Fraud prevention, Platform performance, Compliance, and Reward fulfillment.

We do NOT collect: Government-issued identification numbers, Biometric data, or Financial account data.

In-App or On-Site Support: The fastest way to assist you is through the support interface inside the app, website, or platform that uses TarGo services. This helps us identify your account and process your request accurately.

Verification: For security reasons, we may ask for identifying details to confirm ownership of the data before processing your request.

5. How to Request Data Access, Changes, or Deletion

Under applicable laws, you may also request:

  • Access to the personal data we have collected about you.
  • Corrections to inaccurate data.
  • Deletion of your personal data.
  • Restrictions on how your data is used.
  • A copy of your data in a portable format (where applicable).

6. Exceptions

TarGo may be required to share certain information even if you opt out, including:

  • Information required to complete offer or survey validation.

  • Data necessary for reward verification or payout processing.
  • Transfers to service providers acting on our behalf under strict contractual terms.

Such sharing is not considered a “sale” under applicable laws.

7. Response Time

We aim to process all privacy requests within: 45 days, or Up to 90 days when legally permitted due to complexity. You will be notified if an extension is required.

8. Children’s Data

TarGo does not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16 years of age. If we become aware of such inadvertent data collection, we will take prompt action to delete the data and comply with applicable child privacy laws (COPPA, GDPR‑K, etc.).
