Player Terms of Use

1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

This Player Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between Targo Lab LLC ("TarGo Lab," "We," "Us," or "Our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, and you ("Player," "User," or "You") concerning your access to and use of the TarGo Lab platform, including the OfferWall, Surveys, and Rewarded Tasks (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, viewing, or participating in the Service, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If You do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, You are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • 2.1. Player/User: The individual end-user accessing the Service to complete Offers or Surveys in exchange for Rewards.
  • 2.2. Publisher: The third-party entity (e.g., mobile application developer or website owner) that integrates the Service to offer monetization features to its Users.
  • 2.3. Partner/Advertiser: The third-party entity providing the offer, product, application, or survey content to TarGo Lab for distribution through the Service.
  • 2.4. Offer: A specific marketing or promotional task presented within the Service (e.g., installing an app, subscribing to a service, making a purchase).
  • 2.5. Survey: A market research questionnaire or panel participation opportunity provided by a Partner.
  • 2.6. Reward: The virtual currency, points, or benefit provided by the Publisher to the User upon validated completion of an Offer or Survey. Rewards are provided by the Publisher and are not cash, property of TarGo Lab, or redeemable directly from TarGo Lab.
  • 2.7. Fraud/Fraudulent Activity: Any prohibited activity intended to artificially generate commissions or circumvent tracking, validation, or security measures, including but not limited to the use of bots, proxies, or fabricated information.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The Service is intended for Users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Service, You represent and warrant that You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. The Service is void where prohibited by law.

4. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

TarGo Lab provides a technology platform that serves as an intermediary between Publishers, Advertisers, and Survey Partners. The Service enables You to view various Offers and Surveys presented by Advertisers and earn Rewards from the Publisher upon successful validation of Your completion. TarGo Lab is responsible solely for the technical tracking and initial validation of User activity; the final provision and management of Rewards is the responsibility of the Publisher.

5. OFFER COMPLETION RULES AND PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users must adhere strictly to the following binding rules for all interactions with the Service. Failure to comply with any rule will result in devalidation of the User Activity and forfeiture of any anticipated Reward.

  • 5.1. Advertiser Selection and Honest Interaction. TarGo Lab carefully selects Advertisers to promote interaction with legitimate products and services. Notwithstanding this selection, the User is obligated to act honestly and in good faith when engaging with any Offer or Survey.
  • 5.2. Technical Tracking Requirements. To ensure proper attribution and the ability to receive Rewards, the Player must affirmatively consent to and enable all necessary tracking mechanisms, including allowing cookies, and must disable all advertisement blocking software, VPNs, proxies, or similar network filters for the entire duration of the interaction with the Service and the Advertiser's properties. Inability to track due to Player's interference or settings shall void the Reward.
  • 5.3. Prohibition on Duplication. A User will not receive credit or a Reward for any Offer or Survey previously completed from any source, including TarGo Lab or any other monetization platform. Offers are considered "single-use" per unique User.
  • 5.4. New Accounts Only. For Offers requiring the installation of an application or the creation of a user account, the Reward will only be credited for brand-new, first-time accounts and installations. Reinstalls, updates, or use of applications/accounts previously created or installed by the User are strictly ineligible for any Reward.
  • 5.5. Accurate Information and Responses. Players are required to provide truthful, accurate, and consistent information when completing Surveys or Offers. The submission of incorrect, fabricated, random, or inconsistent demographic data, responses, or contact information will be deemed non-compliant and will result in the immediate devalidation of the activity.
  • 5.6. Household Limits. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, each Offer may only be completed once per physical household, irrespective of the number of individuals, devices, or accounts associated with that household. TarGo Lab and its Partners reserve the right to audit and restrict participation based on household criteria.
  • 5.7. Completion Timeframe. All Offers must be completed and fully tracked within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial click-out from the Service, unless the Offer details specifically stipulate a shorter or longer timeframe. Activity tracked outside the valid window will be considered ineligible.

6. FRAUD, VALIDATION, AND ABUSE POLICIES

6.1. Prohibited Activities

The following activities constitute Fraudulent Activity and are strictly prohibited. Any engagement in these activities will result in severe penalties, including immediate termination of service and forfeiture of all accumulated Rewards.

  • No Robotic or Automated Activities. The use of bots, scripts, automated software, device emulators, macros, or any other technological means to automate or simulate human interaction or activity is strictly prohibited.
  • No Proxy or Emulator Use. Users must not use Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, Tor browsers, residential IP proxies, or mobile emulators, or any technology designed to mask or falsify geographic location or device identity.

6.2. Validation and Fraud Prevention

TarGo Lab, in conjunction with its Partners, reserves the absolute right to validate any User data, survey response, or Offer completion activity before awarding Rewards. This includes, but is not limited to, checking data quality, consistency, IP history, and device fingerprinting. Fraudulent activity, as determined by TarGo Lab (in its sole and absolute discretion), will result in the following penalties:

  • Immediate and permanent withholding of all pending and accrued Rewards.
  • Immediate suspension and permanent ban of the User's account and device from the Service.
  • Notification to the Publisher regarding the fraudulent activity and subsequent deactivation of the User's ability to earn Rewards on the Publisher's platform.
  • If monetary loss is incurred by TarGo Lab or its Partners due to User fraud, TarGo Lab reserves the right to pursue civil remedies and legal action.

7. REWARD DELIVERY, REVERSALS, AND DISCLAIMER

7.1. Reward Disclaimer

You acknowledge that the Rewards offered are provided exclusively by the Publisher, not by TarGo Lab. TarGo Lab is responsible only for confirming validation to the Publisher. Any dispute regarding the value, redemption, or reversal of Rewards must be directed to the Publisher.

7.2. Reward Reversals and Adjustments

TarGo Lab reserves the right to notify the Publisher to reverse or deduct any Reward credited to a User's account if the underlying activity is later devalidated by the Advertiser (e.g., due to refund, chargeback, or latent fraud detection), or if TarGo Lab discovers a violation of these Terms. Such reversal may occur at any time, even after initial credit.

8. USE OF DATA AND PRIVACY

Your access and use of the Service is governed by the TarGo Lab Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, You acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of Your personal and non-personal data by TarGo Lab and its Partners as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data used for personalized targeting, tracking, validation, and fraud detection.

9. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITY

The Service contains Offers and Surveys provided by third-party Advertisers and Partners. TarGo Lab does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the content, safety, or compliance of any third-party Offer, Survey, or website accessed through the Service. Your interaction with third-party content is solely at Your own risk. TarGo Lab assumes no liability for any damages or losses arising from such third-party content or interactions.

10. NO WARRANTIES / SERVICE LIMITATIONS

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TARGO LAB HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TARGO LAB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. TARGO LAB DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL USERS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR ALL OFFERS OR SURVEYS, NOR DOES IT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OR ACCURACY OF REWARD TRACKING.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TARGO LAB LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF TARGO LAB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, TARGO LAB’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TarGo Lab LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (a) Your use of the Service; (b) Your breach of these Terms of Use, including Your violation of the Fraud and Abuse Policies; (c) Your violation of the rights of any third party; or (d) any fraudulent or unlawful act committed by You.

13. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

TarGo Lab may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend Your access to and use of the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and You shall forfeit any unvalidated or fraudulently earned Rewards.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

TarGo Lab reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the platform and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of revised Terms constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
